I recently stayed at Backpackers House for a few nights in Paracas. The hostel had a great atmosphere with hammocks and organized tours. The location was perfect, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The staff were very helpful in organizing tours, including a boat trip to see dolphins, seals, and penguins, and a flight over the Nazca lines. The hostel also had a well-equipped kitchen and hot showers. a great experience!
Can't recommend this hostel highly enough.

Loved the relaxed atmosphere and cozy decor, complete with hammocks and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town and within walking distance to everything.- The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help organize tours and my onward journey.
Some of the facilities could use improvement, such as having more power outlets near the beds and better support in the showers for toiletries. The cleanliness could have been better, as the toilets were not always up to par.

The location of this hostel is fantastic, just a short walk from the bus station. The staff are incredibly friendly and create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area with its comfortable hammocks, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, the hostel offers a great value for money, with affordable prices for the island tour and clean and comfortable rooms.
While the hostel had many positive aspects, there were a few downsides. the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

Great location close to restaurants and supermarkets by the seaside. Regular updates on tours and activities. Responsive and helpful staff. Well-equipped kitchen, hammocks in the patio, clean shared areas.
No hot water in outdoor showers, which made it easy to catch a cold. Lack of cleanliness and no soap in the bathrooms.

Great atmosphere and spacious rooftop terrace. The communal areas had plenty of light and comfy hammocks. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed for cooking.
The dorm room on the top floor had minimal bedding and the bathroom was awful with no toilet seat or toilet paper. The door didn't lock, so I had to go to the bottom floor to use cleaner facilities.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful tips about the area. Thanks to their recommendation, I got to see flamingos up close for free! the hostel was clean and well-located, with a stunning view from the rooftop terrace. the showers had hot water and were the best I've seen in Peru so far. the hostel also had a spacious kitchen and nice terraces to relax on. the laundry service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Backpackers House for its great value, comfortable rooms, and excellent staff.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. the location is perfect, right on the main street. Loved hanging out on the rooftop terrace, such a beautiful spot to relax. the whole place was really clean, and the shared bathrooms/showers were conveniently close to our room. the kitchen had a blender, which was a nice bonus.
The constant honking from the taxis on the main street, but that's not the hostel's fault. Just be aware that there might be some street noise.
